Hi, I’m Elle Brunet.
I didn't stumble into this work. I was built for it.
My career has taken me through early-stage startups, global corporations, the entertainment, financial, tech, and beauty industries, and ventures of my own. I've built and led teams, navigated high-stakes negotiations, and advised leaders through some of the most consequential decisions of their careers. I've been the person in the room when everything is on the line, calmly seeing the solution no one else can.
I sold a no-name independent feature film in a market that favors studio conglomerates. I walked away from deals at Google because something deeper wasn't aligned, and I was right. I've pivoted multiple times because I refused to build things I didn't believe in or stay in rooms that weren't aligned with who I was becoming. Each time I found greater success and understood something new about what it really means to lead.
What I bring is difficult to put in a single box. And that's intentional.
THE WAY I WORK
Most advisors work with what they can see. I work with all of it.
I read what's visible: the data, the strategy, the operational gaps, the market signals. And I read what isn't: the energy in a leadership team, the pattern beneath a recurring problem, the opportunity hiding inside a decision that feels impossible. I've always had the ability to see beneath the surface. Over time I’ve learned to trust what I see and use it as an asset.
As a trained intuitive, I don't treat that dimension as separate from the strategy. It's what makes it work.
Leaders come to me when the answers aren't in the data, when the stakes are too high to get wrong, and when they're ready to stop carrying everything alone.
When you finally trust yourself at that depth, everything shifts.
